Odd Man Rush Brewing Company reached out to us with a specific idea and a tight deadline. Their goal was to open their brewery in the first week of June to make the most of the summer season. Despite facing delays in receiving materials from Seattle, we managed to complete the project within approximately 3-1/2 weeks.ere

Our task included designing and building a comprehensive set of structures. We successfully delivered a two-story stair set, complete with guard rails and grab rails on both sides. Additionally, we constructed a 40-foot catwalk to provide access to the designated patio area and installed a guard rail around this area.

For the project, we utilized specific materials to ensure durability and safety. The tops of the guard rails were constructed using 3" x 1" square tube, while the inner meshed area featured 4" grid steel mesh. The grab rails were made from 1-1/4" square tube. In addition to these structural elements, we fabricated and installed doors equipped with latches and alarm systems for added security.

In the end, despite the initial material delays and tight deadlines, we successfully completed the project. The result was a well-designed and structurally sound setup that met Odd Man Rush Brewing Company's requirements for their opening in the first week of June.

Fabricated and installed four new lines for a brand-new tank farm build. The 2-inch and 4-inch carbon steel piping extended from the tops of the tanks, spanning hundreds of feet to the fueling station.

Working in remote locations like Shaktoolik is always challenging, but with over a decade of experience in remote construction, we completed the job punctually. The system was air tested at 150 psi for one hour; we both set up and performed this test.

This was merely a segment of the Hilcorp project I participated in. We laid a new 4-inch Schedule 160 pipeline directly from the wellhead to the facility. While the project was initially estimated to span two weeks, we accomplished it in just 5 days, completing it entirely.

We were on site long enough to finalize the crucial pipeline segment and also had ample time to measure for the new piping within the facility. Subsequently, we fabricated the piping spools on the mainland, sending them over to Beluga, which eliminated the need to remain overseas.

"For Ahtna, we undertook a project involving two fuel tanks that required integration with the underground system. We managed the design and build from inception to completion. 2-inch Schedule 80, 304 stainless steel was utilized for the connection. On the concrete slab, we established a carport and fabricated everything on-site. Our fabrication company is well-versed in alloy welding, boasting numerous years of expertise. We're well-acquainted with all aspects in line with any procedure presented to us.

The bulk of hilcorp work we've been a part of was for the kenai gas field compressor upgrade project. 2" pipe all the way up to 24" pipe needed to be fabricated, 100% X Ray, and hydro tested. We did not only do the piping, but also the piling cut downs and supports for the pipe rack and launcher/ receiver stands. This is where we really accel, oil & gas experience in fabrication and pipeline. We are an a to z mechanical fabrication centered group, and can fabricate, test, and install everything we build.

We executed a two-week turnaround on the 'Dirty Dolly' project for Hilcorp. They required four new 6-inch Schedule 120 lines originating from the main pump house. Entrusted with a comprehensive design and build responsibility, our crew faced a particularly narrow timeframe for the shutdown segment. This translated to us working five demanding 18-hour days to ensure the task's completion. Our team thrives under pressure and consistently meets deadlines.

This is where all of our pipeline maintenance experience is coming from. Hot taps, size on size, and grouted sleeves were just part of the scope of work. From gathering the carbon samples of the pipeline, to the fabrication and installation of the sleeves themselves. We did hundreds of WLUGs and pipiung upgrades for many of the pads and facilities. Welded any and every type of material you can hook a ground on.
